ABC7 Chicago will highlight ApexCLE video footage of the SnowVisions snow sculpture competition on February 19, 2009 and February 20, 2009 on shows such as 24.

Snow Days Chicago is a free five-day winter festival on Michigan Avenue in Grant Park featuring a national snow sculpting competition, dog sled demonstrations, a snowboard rail jam and kids activities! Bring the whole family and watch as the city is transformed into a winter wonderland, showcasing over 27 beautiful and unique sculptures made entirely out of snow.

ApexCLE produced a documentary DVD of this event during 2007 and was requested to provide video footage of the event to ABC7, CLTV and local television stations.

The MCLE Board of the Supreme Court of Illinois approved ApexCLE, Inc.'s status as an Accredited Illinois CLE Provider for programs with faculty in room with participants; live video/audio; and recorded video/audio.

This status is approved for all programs from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2011. All participants in ApexCLE programs presented during this time will receive MCLE credit for every course presented by ApexCLE, Inc.

The NY CLE Board adopted the attendance verification method implemented by ApexCLE.com in early 2007. Our system embeds a code within the program which is recorded and returned to ApexCLE in order to verify the participants attendance.

ApexCLE's outside counsel proposed this method to the NY Board and discussed at length the various technologies available to confirm the participation of attendees in a video and online setting. The NY Board has recognized the value of online education and adopted a validation code model.
