A CLE program that stops, jumps or fails to play is usually the result of a connection error or the need to update the Adobe Flash player.

These solutions will normally fix any problems:

  • Install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Close all programs and restart your computer. Get Adobe Flash here.
  • Test your connection speed to see if it is over 1,000 (This is kbps) See: Testing My Connection Speed
  • Close all other programs before starting a program.
  • Start a program by clicking "view Flash" within your account and let the program load for several minutes before pressing play.
  • Refresh the Flash program. CRTL / F5 Buttons. There are two methods. While you are on the page with the Flash program open and the title of the program, press and hold the Control (CTRL) button and, at the same time, click the "F5" button. For the detailed browser description, see below.
  • Adjust Flash Player for large files, See below.

A video program of an hour or more is a very large file and may need several minutes to load so that you are able to watch it without jumping. The faster the connection, the less likely there will be any difficulty.

AOL users: Please login and view the programs through Internet Explorer instead of the AOL browser.

When downloading a program, please try to download it only on a physical connection to the internet. A wireless or Wi-Fi connection often presents a time out problem resulting in a partial download. A home wireless connection may prevent a full download. Please connect your computer directly to your router with a cable. Some programs are very large (up to 400mb) and will require a fast and stable internet connection.

The solution is to remove the current file and click the file link in your computer to receive a fresh program file. Here is the procedure to remove the temporary program file.
