Online CLE Video File Formats
Not sure which file format is right for you? Here are some tips and suggestions.
The most popular and standard delivery method is Flash. That is the format that you see in the video samples and used by most sites such as CNN and education sites. The link is in My Account and you can come back to view it any time you like for three years.
Online Format Promise: If you do not like the format you select, (or you just want to try out a different format) email us and we will change to another available download format of the same program for you to tryout and use. No questions, no cost, no problems. The new format will remain in your account. If you don't like it, e-mail us and we will change it back. Want to change again, no problem, just drop us an e-mail. Most requests are filled within 24 hours. This applies to online download formats only and does not apply to CDs and DVDs.
