Mr. Gjertsen is Vice President of the financial planning firm of Mack Investment Securities, Inc. and the founder of The Mutual Bond Group, an organization dedicated to guiding surviving spouses to financial independence. He’s been serving the financial needs of clients for over a decade and has been quoted and published in numerous local and national media outlets.

Ed is a popular speaker in the area of personal finance and currently serves as the President of the Financial Planning Association Illinois Chapter, the nation’s largest Chapter. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Illinois State University in 1989. Ed and his family currently reside in Winnetka, Illinois.
