There his work involved extensive trial and appellate court experience. Gary has been the lead attorney in a number of trial and appellate court cases throughout the United States, including an ERISA case of first impression and an employee handbook/implied contract case that received national attention when featured on CBS News “The Early Show.”
Gary earned his Master of Laws in Labor & Employment Law from New York University School of Law in 2000 where he received the Seymour Goldstein Memorial Prize for Academic Excellence in the Study of Labor Relations.
