Arizona Continuing Legal Education Requirements

Reporting Method: Self-Reporting

Compliance Period: Annual

Reporting Process: Attorneys must certify their MCLE compliance by filing an electronic affidavit through the State Bar of Arizona's online MCLE reporting system. 

Compliance Deadline: June 30.

Reporting Deadline: September 15. 

Total Credits Required: 15 credit hours annually. 

Specialty Credit Requirements: 3 hours of Professional Responsibility/Ethics. 

Maximum Online Credits: 15 credit hours. All required CLE credits may be completed through approved online courses. 

Carryover Credit: Up to 15 excess CLE credits, including up to 3 Ethics credits, may be carried forward to the next reporting period.
