Reporting Method: Self-Reporting

Compliance Period: Annual

Reporting Process: Attorneys must certify their CLE compliance through the Arkansas Judiciary Resources portal. Certificates of Completion/Attendance must be submitted to the Arkansas Supreme Court Office of Professional Programs by email or mail.

Compliance Deadline: June 30

Reporting Deadline: July 31

Total Credits Required: 12 credit hours annually

Specialty Credit Requirements: 1 hour of Ethics

Maximum Online Credits: 12 (All required credits may be completed through approved online, on-demand, or live webcast courses.)

Carryover Credit: Up to 12 CLE credits, including up to 1 hour of Ethics credit, may be carried forward to the next reporting period.

Record Retention: Attorneys should retain Certificates of Completion and supporting CLE documentation in accordance with Arkansas Supreme Court Office of Professional Programs requirements.
