Reporting Method: Sponsor Reporting

Compliance Period: Annual

Reporting Process: ApexCLE reports attendance directly to the Delaware Commission on Continuing Legal Education. Attorneys should review their CLE transcript and verify that all reported credits have been recorded. 

Compliance Deadline: December 31.

Reporting Deadline: Attendance is reported by approved providers. Attorneys should review their transcript before the annual compliance deadline. 

Total Credits Required: 24 credit hours every two years (12 credit hours annually). 

Specialty Credit Requirements:
  •  4 hours of Enhanced Ethics every two years (2 hours annually). 
Maximum Online Credits: 12 credit hours every two years may be completed through approved on-demand or distance-learning courses. At least 12 credit hours every two years must be completed through live programs. 

Carryover Credit: Up to 12 excess CLE credits may be carried forward to the next reporting period. 

Attendance Reporting: ApexCLE reports attendance directly to the Delaware Commission on Continuing Legal Education. Attorneys should verify that all reported credits appear on their CLE transcript.
