Compliance Period: Three-Year Cycle
Reporting Process: Attorneys must certify their MCLE compliance through the Idaho State Bar's online MCLE reporting system.
Compliance Deadline: December 31 of the attorney's reporting year.
Reporting Deadline: February 1 following the compliance deadline.
Total Credits Required: 30 credit hours every three years.
Specialty Credit Requirements: 3 hours of Ethics or Professional Responsibility.
Maximum Online Credits: 15 credit hours may be completed through approved self-study or on-demand courses. At least 15 credit hours must be completed through live or interactive programs.
Carryover Credit: None permitted.
Record Retention: Attorneys should retain certificates of completion and supporting CLE documentation in accordance with Idaho State Bar requirements.
