Reporting Method: Self-Reporting

Compliance Period: Three-Year Cycle

Reporting Process: Attorneys must report their CLE compliance through the Indiana Office of Admissions and Continuing Education (ACE) online reporting system.

Compliance Deadline: December 31 of the attorney's reporting year.

Reporting Deadline: December 31 of the attorney's reporting year.

Total Credits Required: 36 credit hours every three years.

Specialty Credit Requirements: 3 hours of Ethics.

Maximum Online Credits: 18 credit hours may be completed through distance education. At least 18 credit hours must be completed through approved live or interactive programs.

Carryover Credit: Up to 18 excess CLE credits, including up to 3 Ethics credits, may be carried forward to the next reporting period.

Record Retention: Attorneys should retain certificates of completion and supporting CLE documentation in accordance with Indiana Office of Admissions and Continuing Education requirements.
