Reporting Process: Attorneys must report their MCLE compliance through the Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission's online reporting system.
Compliance Deadline: June 30
Reporting Deadline: July 31
Total Credits Required: 12 credit hours annually.
Specialty Credit Requirements: 2 hours of Ethics and Professionalism.
Maximum Online Credits: 12 credit hours. All required CLE credits may be completed through approved online courses.
Carryover Credit: Up to 10 general CLE credits and up to 2 Ethics and Professionalism credits may be carried forward to the next reporting period.
Record Retention: Attorneys should retain certificates of completion and supporting CLE documentation in accordance with Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission requirements.
