Reporting Process: Attorneys must report their MCLE compliance through the Oklahoma Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Commission.
Compliance Deadline: December 31
Reporting Deadline: February 15
Total Credits Required: 12 credit hours annually.
Specialty Credit Requirements: 1 hour of Ethics.
Maximum Online Credits: 12 credit hours. All required CLE credits may be completed through approved online courses.
Carryover Credit: Up to 12 excess CLE credits, including up to 1 hour of Ethics credit, may be carried forward to the next reporting period.
Record Retention: Attorneys should retain certificates of completion and supporting CLE documentation in accordance with Oklahoma MCLE Commission requirements.
