Reporting Process: ApexCLE reports attendance directly to the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. Attorneys should verify that all reported credits appear on their annual CLE report. Providers are generally required to report attendance within 30 days of course completion.

Total Credits Required: 15 credit hours annually.
Specialty Credit Requirements: 3 hours of Ethics and Professionalism.
Maximum Online Credits: 15 credit hours. All required CLE credits may be completed through approved online or distance-learning courses.
Carryover Credit: Up to 15 excess CLE credits, including Ethics and Professionalism credits, may be carried forward to the immediately succeeding compliance year.
