Reporting Process: ApexCLE reports attendance directly to the West Virginia State Bar Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission. Attorneys should verify that all reported credits appear on their MCLE transcript.

Compliance Deadline: June 30

Reporting Deadline: July 31

Total Credits Required: 24 credit hours every two years (12 credit hours annually).

Specialty Credit Requirements: 3 hours of Ethics every two years (1.5 hours annually).

Maximum Online Credits: 24 credit hours every two years. All required CLE credits may be completed through approved online courses.

Carryover Credit: Up to 12 general CLE credits and up to 3 Ethics credits may be carried forward to the next reporting period.
