The course is designed to assist legal professionals with the identification of implicit and unconscious bias in the workplace and provide them with the skills to apply the lessons of the course to their own professional situations. The course is designed to assist the participant with learning to recognize different types of bias in the workplace, reduce bias in the legal profession and gain an increased awareness of how others perceive bias.
