Montana CLE professionalism/ethics requirements: 2 hours with substance abuse, claim dependency on debilitating mental illness that can be completed through self-study online
In Montana, CLE Providers are required to report their CLE credits to the state CLE Board. ApexCLE usually reports attorney credit approximately each week or in compliance with the State CLE Board requirements.
